We have equipped and decorated this property to give you the most comfortable stay in the centre of the North Laine area of Brighton. We ask that you are over 25 years old unless you are a family.
On Saturday's there's a local market in the street that been there for a long time and part of the Brighton culture. It has a mix of antiques, bric-a-brac, food etc. We hope you like the vibe of the market and the house has double glazing so it shouldn't disturb you.
The house comprises of two bedrooms, the master has a king bed with a chest of drawers for storage and a TV for lazy Sunday's. The second bedroom has a luxurious feel with a double bed, pendant lights and a halo down light. Both bedrooms have USB port sockets.
Each bed is made up with fresh hotel standard satin striped linen and a bath sheet and hand towel for each guest.
The bathroom is compact but we have kept a bath for guests with young children and an L-shaped bath for extra room in the shower. We have also installed a douche spray near the toilet for guests that prefer to wash. Toilet rolls, hand soap, shampoo and shower gels also included.
The living area has a luxury blue velvet L-shaped sofa with a 43" 4K TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Freeview channels. WiFi is free and complimentary.
Following on from the seating area is a small desk should you wish to work and following a table with chairs for six guests. There is a small outdoor space which is great to let air flow in the summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, Neff oven and induction hob. We have also equipped the kitchen with all you will need for a comfortable stay. Crockery, utensils, glassware, pots and pans, frying pans, oven dishes and some dry goods so you don't have to buy essentials. Washing machine is in the boiler cupboard next to the bathroom. Kitchen roll, tea towels, sponges, dishwasher tablets etc supplied.
When you arrive you will be greeted with fresh flowers, milk and fresh coffee in the fridge.
We love to meet our guests so whenever possible we will do a meet and greet on arrival. This gives us a chance to meet our guests, tell them about the property and give them some local knowledge. We do have a key safe should there be Covid-19 restrictions and a remote check will be observed.
We have taken every care to make sure that this property is in great condition for each guest. Therefore we ask that over 25 year old guests only book. If you are a family with members under 25 this is fine.
If you have an infant we have a travel cot with mattress (please bring your own sheet). High chair and baby bath. For children aged between 2-4 we have a blow up bed that's like a dingy so the child can't fall out. Our Stokke high chair is great for infants and young children.
In the understair cupboard we hope we have thought of everything for you. Games, wireless speaker, printer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, safe, child travel cot/mattress etc.
We have one parking space on Portland Street in a private car park. This is a 5 minute walk from the property but will save you about £15-20 per day in local car parking charges.
