This is a very good example of a top-grade holiday chalet at Medmerry Park. Sofa bed and 2 recliner chairs in the lounge. It's a two-bedroom property with a modern feel throughout. It's located fairly near to the beach gate and the dog walking fields. It also has single decking which overlooks a small area of green, ideal for summertime. This holiday home sleeps 6 people and is pet friendly. 

We also have chalets 37A and 37E next door that is available to rent which is ideal for a family or a group of friends that want to stay close to each other.

Well presented with everything you need plus Wifi and outdoor seating.

Please bring your own linen and towels and leave the chalet clean and tidy. These services are available at an extra cost.

If you are arriving on a Sunday when the office is closed, please arrange a time so we can open up the office for you or set up a Key Safe.

If you are departing on a Wednesday or Sunday, when the office is closed, please place your keys etc in the post box to the right of the office by 10:30am; if possible please then text us on 07368 437 802

If arrival times become difficult then let us know and we may be able to make other arrangements.

Key collection is from our office in Bracklesham between 4 and 5pm (no earlier arrival possible)

If you have arranged a key safe there is a dark grey box to the right of our office in Bracklesham. Inside you will find a pouch for your property use this to identify the colour of the key safe The combination for the safe will be the last 4 digits of your booking reference [#??-??] Please take key, card and pouch with you. Please close up key safe and change combination to lock and close the box. Be aware there maybe more than just your pouch so please take the correct one. Please ensure Security Deposit has been paid beforehand otherwise we cannot leave a key.

Located in Chichester, this chalet is near the beach. Chichester Harbour and Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre and West Sussex Falconry. Hayling Seaside Railway and Funland Hayling Island are also worth visiting. Windsurfing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
