Deck veranda on 2 sides and a short walk to the beach that stretches for miles. The well-equipped self-catering kitchen supplies all your needs from a washing machine to a dishwasher. It's within walking distance of the Medmerry Park site Bistro & Bar called The Medmerry.
Wi-Fi in the chalet.

Please bring your own linen and towels and leave the chalet clean and tidy. These services are available at an extra cost.

If you are arriving on a Sunday when the office is closed, please arrange a time so we can open up the office for you or set up a Key Safe.

If you are departing on a Wednesday or Sunday, when the office is closed, please place your keys etc in the post box to the right of the office by 10:30am; if possible please then text us on 07368 437 802

If arrival times become difficult then let us know and we may be able to make other arrangements.

Key collection is from our office in Bracklesham between 4 and 5pm (no earlier arrival possible)

If you have arranged a key safe there is a dark grey box to the right of our office in Bracklesham. Inside you will find a pouch for your property use this to identify the colour of the key safe The combination for the safe will be the last 4 digits of your booking reference [#??-??] Please take key, card and pouch with you. Please close up key safe and change combination to lock and close the box. Be aware there maybe more than just your pouch so please take the correct one. Please ensure Security Deposit has been paid beforehand otherwise we cannot leave a key.

Located in Chichester, this chalet is near the beach. South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre and Fishbourne Roman Palace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Chichester Market Cross and Chichester Cathedral. West Sussex Falconry and Hayling Seaside Railway are also worth visiting. Windsurfing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
