Nestling in Seven Dials full of cafes, restaurants, delis, eclectic shops and only a 10 minute walk from Brighton city centre, shops, theatres, mainline station and seafront, this cosy townhouse, bursting with character is a must stay! Warm and cosy in the winter months with an open log fire and light and airy in the summer months with a lovely courtyard garden. Parking is free and pets are welcome. A complimentary hamper for all guests.

The space

This beautiful townhouse is light, bright and spacious with opening sash windows in each room. It is newly refurbished to the highest standard and hosted by Sarah who will pop by during your stay and who is available throughout your stay to answer any queries you may have and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property has 3 double bedrooms with one en-suite. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has bunk beds. The bunk beds are suitable for children and teenagers only.

A wonderful home from home with a sunny courtyard garden to be enjoyed in the summer months and with a cosy indoor fireplace to enjoy in the winter months and a perfect place to host your family Christmas and New Year.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors.

There are no steps to access the property from the street. Access is along a short, flat, black and white tiled path.

Ground Floor

Look up as you enter to see the two guardian angels of the house!

Kitchen

The Ground Floor houses the spacious and well stocked kitchen with dual aspect opening sash windows and backdoor onto the lovely courtyard garden. The kitchen has a large table with easy dining for 6 and everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and fun- including microwave, kettle, large toaster, induction hob, oven, washing machine and drier, electric wine cooler, caffetiere, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, range of pans, large breakfast frying pan, place settings for 6 , wine glasses, champagne glasses, tumblers and tea, coffee, salt, pepper & olive oil provided. It is a lovely space to enjoy cooking and dining and easy access to the sun-filled garden to enjoy outdoor pre evening drinks or breakfast during the summer months.

Sitting Room

The Sitting Room is large and light with bay windows onto the street. It is arranged around the central open fireplace and tv and is a lovely space for chats, chilling, games, reading, tv or simply sitting on the rug and enjoying the crackle and energy of a roaring open fire in the winter or losing yourself in a good book by the open windows in the summer. There is seating for 6 with 2 sofas and 1 armchair. Just ask Sarah if you would like to pre-order a firebox comprising logs, kindling, instant light log and matches.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom looks out onto the garden and has two white bunkbeds with lovely fresh white cotton sheets, cosy pillows and duvets, non-working fireplace, a single drawer unit, mirror, shelves and a cupboard with one shelf. This room is ideal for children.

Mezzanine Floor

Family Bathroom

Up the stairs you will come to the mezzanine floor which houses a magnificent and large bathroom with full sized Victorian style free standing bath with feet and shower attachment, very large walk in power shower with body wash and shampoo, sink unit with cupboard and drawers and soap and hand lotion, toilet and heated towel rail.

First Floor

Master Bedroom & En-Suite

The Master Bedroom holds a double bed with cool white cotton sheets, cosy pillows and duvet, two wardrobes with hanging room and shelves, bedside cabinets and lights, mirror and non-working fireplace with access by a closing door to the en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a lovely bay window looking out onto the street.

The en-suite bathroom compromises a fabulous large walk in power shower, lighted mirror, sink unit with drawers, toilet and heated towel rail and opening sash window.

Second Bedroom

This lovely room has a sash window onto the garden. It holds a double bed with cool white cotton sheets, cosy pillows and duvet, bedside cabinets and lights, mirror, drawer unit and wardrobe.

Each guest will be given two fluffy towels: one bath sheet and one hand towel.
Guest access
All parts of the townhouse are available to guests who have exclusive use throughout their stay.
Other things to note
This house is ideal for families or two couples with two children/teenagers and pets are welcome. It is a great base for anyone wishing to explore Brighton and its surrounding areas, visit children at university or boarding school, walkers wishing to explore the South Downs or culture vultures keen to soak up the architecture, museums and the Arts. Everything Brighton has to offer is within walking distance. Brighton Open Air Theatre and local gastro-pub are literally over the road from the property with delicatessens, health food shops and eclectic cafes only a 5 minute walk away.

This magical house is situated in a residential area opposite a quiet gastro pub. Why not hire a bike and explore the city, enjoy wonderful long walks on the Sussex Downs, stroll from the property to the Open Air Theatre, indulge in a spot of shopping in the historic Lanes, marvel at the wonders of the Royal Pavilion, relax on the beach, enjoy sea-swimming or while away your time people watching in one of the numerous mix of eclectic cafes close by before going to sleep in crisp white cotton sheets and waking to the sound of the seagulls !
