It is a great location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. The perfect getaway, you'll have a lovely time in this comfortable and well thought-out home.

The space
This 3 bedroomed home offers a very flexible layout in that each bedroom can be configured with twin beds or they can be zipped together making a large double. Downstairs offers a stylish and modern kitchen connected to a large sitting room with modern lighting and smart TV. The house is set over three floors. The first floor has two bedrooms, either twin or king and a family bathroom. The top floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate dressing room.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
There is parking in the gated private area for two vehicles in a car port. Additional parking is possible in the street.

The house is a few minutes walk away from the bus stop with a regular service to Chichester/Brighton and Portsmouth. Fishbourne train station is a short walk away with trains to Havant & Portsmouth and Chichester, London and Brighton.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
Please note that commercial vans are not allowed in the private car park but there is parking available on the side of the lane.

This vacation home is located in Chichester. Fishbourne Roman Palace and South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chichester Golf Club and Goodwood Golf Club. Lakeside Superbowl and Bishop's Palace Gardens are also worth visiting.
