The space
Our well kept family home has a cozy living room with Sky TV, large kitchen with dining table and a bright conservatory with bi-fold doors that open out to a mature garden. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, a master with a king bed, a second with a double and a third with two single beds. There is also a snug with access to Sky TV and has a sofa bed. There is parking for up to 3 cars on the drive way and the garden is fully secure.
A few yards away there is a friendly pub that serves great food. There is also an excellent farm shop selling local produce just a few moments walk away. Across the road and down the foot path you will have access to the coast where you can walk for miles in either direction and be surrounded by nature. If you are more adventurous there is a public slip way making this a great spot for water sports including SUP, wind surfing and canoeing.

This is a wonderful cathedral city with lots of pubs and restaurants, a superb theatre, and shops with character.

GOODWOOD is a national treasure. Glorious Goodwood in June is one of England’s premier horse racing venues. And don’t forget the famous Festival of Speed, the Revival weekend and the beautiful Goodwood House. The golf course is notable too.
KINGLEY VALE, just outside Chichester has superb country walks and great views of the coast and Hampshire. It also has one of the oldest yew tree forests in Europe, tree that may have been growing in Roman times, 2,000 years ago. This is an absolute must - it’s like walking on the set of

PORTSMOUTH
This large vibrant city is home to several famous landmarks including the Spinnaker Tower and the Historic Dockyard. You MUST visit the amazing MARY ROSE museum, the VICTORY - Nelson’s flagship, and the WARRIOR, the first English iron clad warship. Also don’t miss the D DAY museum in SOUTHSEA as well as the sea front and Henry the eighth’s castle there.
Portsmouth has everything you’d associate with a great waterfront city, including GUNWHARF QUAYS which is recently developed and is full of shops and restaurants etc. You can get a hovercraft from SOUTHSEA over to the ISLE OF WIGHT or visit the great castle at PORCHESTER.
