There is a short walk from the house to a local store, pharmacy, restaurants, take away and an excellent fish and chip shop, amongst others. There is a park at the end of the road, ideal for sports or dog walking.

The house has been newly refurbished; the hosts have gone to great lengths to make Merriesands a home from home with comfortable furnishings and a modern living space.

There is a spacious stylish living room with comfortable seating with Sky TV and Netflix. There is also a separate office area overlooking the garden and a dining area.

There is a good-sized garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster.

There is a separate washing machine in the garage.

There is a downstairs WC and shower room.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, a king bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, one with balcony access with bistro seating and a twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom with a bath and a separate WC.

Parking is available with this property, WIFI is included and it is also dog friendly.

Please note, there are stairs to the loft which is not for guest access.

The doors to the balcony from king size room and twin bedroom will be locked and not available for guests

This cottage is located in Bognor Regis. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Arundel Wildfowl and Wetlands Centre and Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, while Picturedrome and Look and Sea Visitor Centre are cultural highlights. Harbour Park and Arundel Lido are also worth visiting.
