THE COTTAGE

Kuta is stylishly designed with modern features throughout. The large open plan kitchen, living and dining area looks out across the large garden. The view from every angle is blue sky (on the right day of course) and green through the panoramic style glass windows. Under floor heating is throughout the home to keep you toasty on winter breaks or simply to warm your toes.

Next to the kitchen is the lounge with a 55" smart 3D LED TV. Let yourself loose with the Wii, board games, and loads of DVDs for kids and adults to enjoy. Recently arrived is a retro arcade table where two can compete at the old favourites of Space Invaders, PacMan, Donkey Kong, you name it!

Kuta has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, Kuta offers a king sized electric adjustable bed with en suite wet room which is perfect for those with limited mobility, two twin bedrooms on the first floor, the larger of which also has 2 trundle beds, so sleeps 4, and a second king sized bedroom with shower room en suite. The first floor also has a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Both twin bedrooms can be converted to super king on request.

OUTSIDE AREAS

The garden is perfect to lounge in on a hot summers day or play a game of croquet across the open lawn and for the little ones, we have a play boat. The garden is enclosed and secure, so you can relax with the knowledge that escape is impossible!

THE GOOD LIFE

Bracklesham Bay is a coastal village popular with wind surfers, surfers, sun seekers, families and generally anyone seeking a restful or active holiday. It is also a very popular destination for divers, with some excellent spots just a few miles off the coast. The village has some useful local shops and restaurants and there are more extensive facilities in the nearby village of East Wittering. Just further along from East Wittering is the famous sandy beach of West Wittering, regarded as one of the best beaches in the south of England.

The cathedral city of Chichester lies just a few miles to the north and it offers a good range of shops, the beautiful cathedral and the internationally renowned Festival Theatre. Goodwood is also within driving distance and has the famous race course as well as motor sports events. The larger towns of Portsmouth and Brighton can be accessed by road or by rail from Chichester.

Located in Chichester, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Chichester Harbour and Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, while South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre and Fishbourne Roman Palace are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider West Sussex Falconry, or check out an event or a game at Goodwood Motor Circuit. Scuba diving and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby.
