The Space:
This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment has been finished to an high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for 2 guests. The large windows illuminate the rooms with natural light and along with the high ceilings, this creates a feeling of space throughout the apartment. The semi-open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table to enjoy meals, a snug sofa and large wall mounted TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The comfortable double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes, a large window and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
Guests also have access to the communal garden just outside.

The Neighborhood:
Local facilities include doctor’s surgery, a choice of local shops, Chapel Allerton hospital. Leeds city centre, less than 2 miles from Newton Villas, offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and a whole host of shopping opportunities. It is known as one of the major shopping centres in the North of England with numerous different areas for shopping including Victoria Quarter, Corn Exchange, Kirkgate Market and the White Rose Centre to name but a few. The Trinity Centre has attracted names such as Bose and Apple, whilst Harvey Nichols and the new John Lewis in the Victorian Quarter have boosted the shopping experience tremendously. Excellent road links, via the A61, finds Harrogate 10 miles to the north and Leeds and the M1 motorway to the south.

Getting Around:
Leeds train station has access to all major UK stations and is just a 10 min drive away. There is a bus stop on Chapeltown Rd with buses to the centre every 5 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.

Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.


Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

SOFA BED - This Property has a Sofa Bed - if this is required please inform us 24 hours prior to start date so we can ensure the additional laundry is brought to the property - a Charge of £25 per night will apply
