Summary:
Our glorious Georgian townhouse on Old King Street is the perfect blend of old and new. A historic property right in the heart of the city, lovingly restored with all modern essentials whilst retaining many period features adding to its charm. The house spans five floors and boasts superb views looking out to Queens Square and the pretty cobbles of Queen Street. Barton House is the ideal central bolt hole for gatherings of friends and family, sleeping up to 14 people.

The Space:
The welcoming reception hall leads through to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built in wine cooler, and an instant hot water tap.

On the first floor you'll find a spacious living room with comfy sofas. the living room has a door leading into a shower room, which is so handy for guests using the living room sofa beds.

The second and third floors provide four double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and a family bathroom.

On the lower ground floor is a large utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
The location is fabulously central, just off the renowned Queen Square in the heart of the city. Surrounded by Georgian architecture, bustling shopping streets and excellent cafes and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Our apartment is located a 10-min walk from Bath Spa Train Station making travelling by train a fantastic option.

Bath also has three Park & Ride locations. Bath Park & Ride sites are open 24/7. Overnight parking is therefore permitted making this a great option when staying with us.

Alternatively, long-stay parking options are available at Charlotte Street, just the other side of Queens Square. The cost to park for 24hrs is £15
