Ground Floor
Entrance is into a grand hallway with a large bedroom and large shower room on this floor. High ceilings and beautiful architecture are found throughout this floor.
The bedroom is very spacious with a super king bed which can be made into twins. There is an additional day bed for 1 person making this a perfect family room. There are a couple small chairs and table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Next door is a very spacious shower room beautifully tiled in blue tiles. Walk in large shower, hand basin and w.c. Also on this floor is a separate w.c.
A door leads out onto the private back terraced garden.

Lower Ground Floor
Steps lead you down to a very sociable kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including a double oven with one of them having a built in microwave, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The aga oven is decorative only.
There is a large table with combination of chair and bench seating to seat up to 18. There is a sofa and a couple arm chairs with side table and lamp to help create a social setting.
Under the stairs in a built in cupboard houses a washing machine.

First Floor
The ground floor and first floors in Georgian buildings were the entertainment rooms in Georgian times. Therefore high ceilings and beautiful cornicing were true to form in these rooms. This house does not disappoint. The lounge can be found here with beautiful high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. There is a large L shape sofa, 2 additional 3 seater sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), an armchair on beautiful hard wood floors. There is a console table with board games as well as a large smart TV with Netflix.
Also on this floor is a bedroom with a super king bed which can be made into twins if needed, a wardrobe and occasional chair.

Second Floor
The master bedroom is located at the front and has a super king bed which can be made into 2 singles if required. There is an additional day bed which can be made into a single or double for 1-2 additional friends or children. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and occasional chair.
Next door is a very spacious bathroom with views out the back of the house. it has a free standing roll top bath, large walk in shower, hand basin with plenty of storage under and a w.c.

Third Floor
This floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a 5' king size bed along with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with drawers under. There is a decorative fire in this room.
Bedroom 2 is a bunk room for children or those young at heart. There is a large chest of drawers, occasional chair and hanging hooks.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, small chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c. and hand basin

Exterior
The outside area is a terraced garden meaning it is spread over a couple levels. Stairs lead you up to the first terrace which has a table and chairs for 8, a bbq and shed. Additional steps lead you to another terraced area with grass. Perfect for children to play.

Parking
Charlotte Street car park is also a 5 minutes' walk away or the park and ride bus stops around the corner from the property. The Bath Spa Railway and bus station are a 10-15 minute walk. Alternatively Lansdown park and ride would be your cheapest parking option and the bus runs very regularly and takes you to the bottom of lansdown road very close to where the property is.
