It is a short walk from the iconic historical, cultural and sporting attractions as well as shopping quarters. After a busy day exploring you'll find plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars close by with the award-winning Scallop Shell down the road, or stunning Victoria park just round the corner where you could enjoy a relaxing picnic with the Royal Crescent as the backdrop.
The space
The apartment is on the ground floor of a converted Georgian town house.
The beautifully presented interior is light and modern with a cosy open plan living space with comfortable seating and a fitted kitchen. The bedroom has super-king bed and the bathroom has bath/shower attachment.
The flat also benefits from having a courtyard garden.
