Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay . Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes

The Orangery is set in attractive gardens providing peace and tranquility for your stay. Light, airy and private from the main house it provides a perfect retreat. Comfy sofas and a fully equipped kitchen help make you feel at home! There is under floor heating for those chillier days, a large bathroom with a walk in shower with two lovely bathrobes for use during your stay. In the bathroom you will find emergency essentials - just in case you have forgotten something!

We've put a couple of lovely wicker garden chairs outside your door, which overlook some colourful flower beds and a working vegetable garden. The perfect spot for breakfast on a summers day!

We live in the main house and will always welcome visitors if we are in residence. The Orangery is very private from the main house, so if you want to come and go without having to chat - that's fine with us too!

Other things to note:

The property is not well suited for disabled access.
There is a well behaved friendly dog living in the main house that you may meet at some point.
We have a large garden, and work starts around 8am on a Monday morning to keep it in tip top shape - so we hope this doesn't disturb you!

This cottage is located in Melksham. Wiltshire Heritage Museum and The Trowbridge Museum and Art gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wadworth Brewery and Avonleigh Organic Vineyard.
