Entrance into the property at ground floor level leads you into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. There is an L-shape sofa and additional chair, TV and DVD in the lounge area. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and the kitchen spans across the far wall. There is an electric single oven, induction hob, dishwasher and under counter fridge with ice box. Plenty of cupboards store a large selection of kitchen items.
There are 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own floor. A staircase from the lounge rises to the upper 2 ½ floors, of which the first is a master bedroom, with a white decorative fireplace, 2 large sash windows to the front and a superking size bed with superior quality mattress. Finally the basement level with vaulted ceilings has a cloakroom and a large utility with terracotta tiled floors, a range of units with wood worktops, a washing machine, freezer, dryer, sink and integrated fridge.
