The cottage has been renovated to a high standard, with luxurious designed décor, a large travertine stone shower, and a wood burner for those cosy winter evenings. The cottage provides an ideal base from which to explore the stunning countryside of Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire. Just a 5-minute drive from the famous National Trust Stourhead House and Gardens, and also within an hours’ drive from Kingston Lacy House and Gardens, Longleat House and Safari Park, the historic cities of Wells, Bath and Salisbury, as well as the World Heritage Sites of Stonehenge, Avebury and the Jurassic Coast.
