The house is surrounded by fields where cows graze but you may also be able to spot the wild muntjac and roe deer, hares and foxes as well as egrets, heron and cormorants Located in Erlestoke, there are foot paths that can take you to the next villages of Great Cheverell and Edington as well as onto far longer walks across Salisbury Plain. These neighbouring villages have village/farm shops as well as public houses that serve highly rated food.
