Located within a 5-10min walk from Salisbury’s picturesque centre, this 4 bedroom Victorian property offers quiet seclusion within easy access of the town’s amenities & the famous Salisbury Cathedral.
Newly renovated, this spacious home is fantastically light & airy with a sleek white fitted kitchen that opens out onto a pretty garden. In addition, there are two downstairs reception rooms, 2 double bedrooms, a kingsize bedroom & a single children’s bedroom.
The Setup
Our newly renovated townhouse offers bright, light and spacious accommodation for seven. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, blender, coffee grinder, fridge and two freezers. There is a rectangular wooden dining table indoors, as well as an outdoor dining table and barbecue, accessible via doors from the front of the kitchen.
The first reception room comprises two armchairs and a large screen that guests can plug their laptops into for a cosy movie night! The front lounge features an armchair, sofa, coffee table and television. Upstairs the master bedroom contains a large chest of drawers and double wardrobe and the top floor comprises two bedrooms with hanging space.
There is high-speed Wifi throughout.
Rates
We offer various lengths of stays from 2 nights plus. Though we publish nightly rates, we offer a rate per stay depending on the number of people, length of stay and time of year. Please enquire for details. For each stay we supply bed linen, with beds made up before arrival, and clean towels. Between stays the property is fully cleaned with towels and linen freshly laundered.
We always stock coffee/tea and can offer a welcome pack on demand!

The Neighbourhood
Located 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes to Salisbury Cathedral you can enjoy a tipple in town without worrying about taxi’s.
From this base you are within 7 mins drive from the Old Sarum (a fort maintained throughout the ages from 3000BC through Neolithic, Roman, Saxon…) 20 mins of Stonehenge (you know this one), 22 minutes from the New Forest, 42 minutes to Bournemouth and the coast, 51min to the Avebury Stone circle, 1h 5mins to Bath…
Getting Around
Salisbury train station is a 4 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk away and it has direct train links to London, Bath, Bristol, Cornwall, Dorset and the south coast.
Parking
There is permit parking outside the house with a maximum stay of 2 hours (and no return within 4 hours) which works for most guests. However if you do need day parking permits we can provide you with one for £4 (its electronic so very easy to organise).
