It has four bedrooms including two super king size zip/links with single beds and en-suites, a super king size zip/link with an en-suite and a super king size zip/link, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, it can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off road parking as well as a front lawn, an enclosed side and rear lawn and a rear patio with table and chairs. Town Mill is a lovely house in a great location.

Note: Unfenced brook in garden, keep an eye of young children at all times. Note: A wall has recently been built between the property and the stream to protect it from flooding, this alters the external appearance, access to the garden is now via steps, or at either end of the wall where the ground is slightly higher, the house now has a secluded space around it, enclosing the car parking area, the picnic table and BBQ.
