Outside, to the front of the cottage is a seating area from where the stunning scenery can be enjoyed, and in a sunny spot by the front door there are a table and chairs, ideal for dining alfresco. The nearby Saxon village of Neen Sollars has a wonderful village pub, which serves good food and real ale, while just 3 miles away the market town of Cleobury Mortimer has a range of individual shops, restaurants and pubs. Many lovely walks can be enjoyed in the area, and a short drive will take you to routes along Clee Hill and the Long Mynd. The Mortimer Forest also offers walks and cycle routes of varying lengths taking in many archaeological features and an abundance of wildlife, and is within an easy drive. Visit the riverside town of Tenbury Wells, or Ludlow, with its medieval street pattern and excellent restaurants. This is a wonderful cottage for a memorable holiday at any time of the year.
