The village is home to The Fleece Inn, a half timbered medieval farmhouse restored by the National Trust into a traditional countryside country pub. The popular village of Broadway is 6 miles away and is well known as being the Gateway to the Cotswolds and has an array of independent shops, eateries and pubs. The cottage is also within easy reach of Stow on the Wold (14 miles), Bourton on the Water (18 miles) and Moreton in Marsh (12 miles), making it very easy to explore the very best of the Cotswolds. Step into the cottage and head straight into the lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table that will seat four. The property has been lovingly renovated to a high standard, creating a real home from home feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a night in, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar with seating to enjoy your morning coffee. Moving upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with queen sized beds. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
