The main room at the front of the house, the living room is light and spacious with a large comfortable sofa, separate armchair and wall mounted TV. The perfect space to relax.
Dining Area
This great space looking out onto the garden has an extendable dining table that will seat up to six for a nice evening meal.
Also an ideal space for a home office set up this room has lots of natural light.

This property has a modern kitchen with all the appliances needed for home cooking - Large fridge/freezer, Electric oven, Gas Hob, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave and Dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with en-suite shower room. It has plenty of storage with built in wardrobes and drawer unit.
The second bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobe and drawer unit.
The final bedroom has a single bed with a small built in wardrobe and drawer unit.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom is at the top of the stairs and has a shower over bath, hand basin and WC. There is an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
There is a downstairs WC and all towels are provided for your stay.
Garden
The rear garden has a decking area with table for outdoor dining, a picnic bench and a lawned area.

Guests will have access to the whole house and garden. The loft space, garage and shed are private and not accessible
Our team are available for support from 9am until 10pm with any questions regarding your booking.
The area is a quiet residential street, great for a families. There is a small park and playground at the end of the street and there are a number of paths leading to park areas.
The local supermarket and pub are about a 10 mins walk from the property. The Worcestershire Royal Hospital is a couple of minutes drive (or 15 mins walk) if you need to work/ visit people there.
The property is very close to the M5 motorway and easily accessible by ring road from Junction 6 (North Worcester - 3 mins) or Junction 7 (South Worcester - 5 mins).
Getting to the city centre is about 10 minutes drive or there are local buses/ transport.
There are 3 train stations close by, Shrub Hill & Foregate street in the city centre or Worcester parkway on the outskirts of Worcester.
