This cosy bolthole offers two king size bedrooms (one with a shower en-suite) and one twin room.
The open plan kitchen, lounge and diner offer a great space for cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, relaxing with friends or watching films on the 65 inch LG Smart TV.
The hot tub will seat 6 people and is completely private at the back of the property. An excellent outdoor patio area with dining and lounge furniture and bbq.
There is a downstairs toilet, underfloor heating throughout and ultra modern furniture.
Guests have private access to the whole space including fenced garden, patio and hot tub. We ask you kindly respect our neighbours when using the outside areas and keep noise to a minimum after 8pm.

There are lovely country walks 1-2 minutes from the house. Just go to the village recreation centre and follow footpath signs.
At the recreation centre there is a children’s outdoor play area and a football pitch.
There are tennis courts in the village at the recreation centre which can be booked to use in advance through the Bromsgrove council website.
There is a village library in the old telephone box, a hairdressers, a beauty therapy venue and a social club in the village.
Five minutes drive from M5 Junction 4 and 10 minutes drive from Blakedown Train Station which goes direct to Birmingham city centre.
There's an hourly bus service to Stourbridge. The house has a driveway with space for two cars. Other free on street parking is available nearby.
