Newly renovated 4 bed home with parking and a private garden, all just a short drive from Birmingham City Centre. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the City gives you the best of both worlds with everything you need just a short drive away.
The space
This modern home has been newly refurbished offering a cosy, modern home for your stay in Birmingham.
The open plan living / dining space is bright and open, with patio doors leading to the private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal in your home away from home. Heading upstairs onto the 2nd floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Going up to the 3rd floor, there are another 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom on this floor also comes complete with an en suite. All of the bedrooms have a multi-functional desk space which is ideal for getting yourself ready or a comfortable, private space to work.
In the living space, there is a smart TV which is connected to the wifi in the property allowing you log into your streaming platforms and enjoy your cosy night in.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
