Friars Cliff is a shingle and sand beach located between Christchurch and Lymington, which is lined with quaint, multicoloured beach huts and boasts uninterrupted views across Christchurch Bay to the Isle of Wight. The cliff-top woodland, which overlooks the beach, is a nature reserve and features a monument to the experimental radar research station which was once located at the Steamer Point cliff top. The beach is an ideal spot for a family trip to the seaside.
