Broad Downs Farm was originally a traditional mixed Devon farmstead consisting of farm house, stables, stone barn and piggery. Set in a secluded location, surrounded by 22 acres of sheep pasture and meadow, with a small woodland area, natural pond and springs, the property includes large gardens and an outdoor swimming pool (shared with Broad Downs Barn). Approached by a private lane, The Broad Downs farmhouse has been extensively renovated and updated by its present owners to create a large spacious property which can cater for extended holiday groups. A traditional farmhouse with contemporary living space incorporating high green oak beam ceilings, log burners, natural stone floors, all rooms command beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
