You can curl together and watch a movie or read your books enjoying the sense of calm that shrouds this entire property.

The one bedroom is located off the living room, so the warmth from the wood burner will make the bedroom feel cosy as well. Furnished with a sumptuous king-size bed and modern en-suite, a good night sleep is almost guaranteed!

After a day exploring the North Norfolk marshes and beaches, lunches out at some of the outstanding eateries nearby, there is nothing better than nestling down in your own private retreat, with a glass of wine and your nearest and dearest. Whether it is a romantic weekend, anniversary or summer holiday, Langham Barn is a great choice.

Langham Barn is located in the pretty village of Langham, set in Norfolk’s Area of Outstanding Natural beauty. Just two miles from the larger coastal village of Blakeney, you can enjoy all the peace and privacy of Langham, with the vibrancy of North Norfolk on your doorstep.

Langham offers a series of winding narrow streets, with several listed buildings within the village perfect for an afternoon amble. The Church of St. Mary is Grade I listed, and the Langham Hall is Grade II listed. Many of the local cottages and buildings are built from the traditional Norfolk flint, which has become an integral part of Norfolk's history and landscape.

Of course, North Norfolk is renowned for its beautiful beaches and Blakeney does not disappoint. At the heart of Blakeney is the National Nature Reserve, where the coastal views are uninterrupted, ideal for walking and wildlife spotting, with migratory birds and seals making this beautiful spot their home. The village is home to plenty of places to eat, with pubs, gift shops and galleries to visit during your stay.

As you make your way along the North Norfolk coast, the beaches only get better. The beach at Holkham is one of the most unspoilt and beautiful stretches of sand in the country. With a glorious semi-circle basin filling to form a spectacular shallow lagoon at high tides, this beach is famous for the closing scene in Gwyneth Paltrow’s ‘Shakespeare in Love’ and is also very popular with birdwatchers, so pack your binoculars if you would like to find some!

For an afternoon of pottering around the shops, Burnham Market and Holt are perfect. Overflowing with unique independent shops, welcoming gastropubs such as the Hoste, cute delis, cafes, and galleries, all around a delightful village green, Burnham Market is incredibly popular. Look out for the August arts and crafts fair with puppet shows and alfresco dining! Holt is another Norfolk gem, again with wonderful art galleries, eateries, and charm.
