The property is approached via winding country lanes and lies in the peaceful village Paston close to the coast and the beautiful beaches at Mundesley. Quiet lanes ensure safe walking to explore the unspoilt area around the property. Nearby are the seaside towns of Cromer with the unique end of the Pier show and Sheringham with the North Norfolk Railway. Further along the coast is Blakeney from where you can take a boat out to see the seals. The pretty town of Holt is great for shopping and places to eat. The Norfolk Broads are a short drive away with cruises from Wroxham, National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling. No trip to Norfolk would be complete without a day trip to Norwich, with many museums, Castle, Cathedrals and plenty of shops and restaurants and bars. Enter into the hall area with cottage style stairs leading to the twin bedroom with interesting curved wall and country views, a shower room including towels and a separate WC. From the hall head upstairs to the delightful open plan living area with lounge/kitchen/diner which is ideal for enjoying a relaxing get a way. The lounge area has a TV/DVD and enjoys views out to the beautiful countryside. If you don t want to go out for dinner you can prepare a meal in the kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. In the dining area you will find a cosy table for two. Venturing outside you will find a private patio area with seating in the owner s grounds. There is parking in front of the cottage for one car and further ample parking at the owner s house
