The towns of Alyth, 7 miles and Kirriemuir, 8 miles offer excellent amenities and the vibrant city of Dundee is 28 miles. Farm activities: The farmland extends to 650 acres, home to approx. 600 sheep and 200 cows. Guests are welcome to explore the farmland where they will discover a wide range of delights. The Gift Barn offers a unique shopping experience and includes a farm shop which stocks a wide range of local produce. Throughout the year there are craft demonstrations and workshops (booking is advisable.) The coffee shop offers freshly prepared lunches and home baking in cosy and relaxed surroundings. Walking into this attractive semi detached, barn conversion the space and quality finish is obvious. The stunning open plan kitchen and lounge with bi fold doors and beamed ceiling offer a great space to relax and unwind, there is a flat screen TV, Freeview and DVD. The kitchen area is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washer/dryer. There is also two king size bedrooms on the ground floor one is ensuite with shower and WC. The main bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath with shower over and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find a further two bedrooms, one bedroom with triple beds which can be a super king size and single by request and a single bedroom. There is also a separate WC and reading gallery on the first floor which is the perfect area to retreat and enjoy some you time! There is a lovely courtyard area which is sheltered with views across the open countryside, here you will find a large private hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ. There is ample off road parking.
