The hall way (left) takes you to the kitchen / dining room which lends its self to a large dining room table and chairs suitable to sit up to 8 people. Again, there is a wall mounted TV with SKY and internet TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher.
At the other end of the kitchen is the utility area, this lends its self to a washer/dryer, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee maker and microwave with additional cupboard space.
There is a newly fitted downstairs family bathroom with a large bath, WC, sink and Shower which leads off of the utility space.
On the first floor there is a large double aspect master bedroom, this room provides a king size bed, large wardrobe with full length mirror, a chest of 3 draws and 2 bedside cabinets.
The second bedroom, again large in size provides 2 single beds, a chest of 3 draws and a bedside cabinet.
There is a second newly fitted shower room and WC on the second floor.
On the second floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, one to the right provides a king-size bed, wardrobe and bed side cabinets. One to the left, 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
You will be able to access all parts of the property without restriction,
Outside there is off street parking and a small garden.
Located in Montrose, this vacation home is near the beach. Dunnottar Castle and Stonehaven Tolbooth are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Stonehaven Outdoor Pool and Aunty Bettys. Dunninald Castle and Gardens and Bedlam Paintball- Edzell are also worth visiting.
