The whole property and private car park (1 car only)
They say the best things come in threes. Well, that’s certainly true of this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with free parking. You are able to book the whole villa if there’s a group of up to 8 of you travelling to Cambridge, or choose to book for fewer. It’s up to you. Just check for availability.
Being located to the lovely village of Impington the property is accessible from a private road which lead to the Villa. And once inside, you’re in for a treat. As you can see from the photos, the house has been prepared to the highest standard.
Let’s start with the bedrooms of which there are three to choose from.
The first can be configured as a glorious double and there’s an ensuite
The second bedroom can also be arranged as a double and has access to the family bathroom.
The third bedroom features a double bed and another ensuite.
All rooms offer guests plenty of storage space, so there’s no need to be living out of your suitcase.
Now onto the communal areas. The lounge diner offers a bright and welcoming space in which to kick back and watch the flat screen TV. With smart wooden flooring, a comfortable sofa and prints on the wall, this space is designed to make you feel right at home. And why not gather for meals, work or games around the dining table which easily seats six? There is also a big patio door that lead to a private garden in which you can relax or just escape from it all for a while
Of course, there’s a kitchen and it features all the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern house. Fancy cooking for everyone? Go for it. There’s a fridge/freezer in which to store everything, and a stove top and oven where you can work your magic. Need to clean clothes? There’s no need to struggle to find a launderette, there’s a washer right here. Try finding one of those in a Cambridge hotel room!
One final bonus you’ll get from choosing to stay here is the private parking space that comes with the villa, so you won’t have far to carry your luggage when you arrive or depart. Handy!
