The Bethania Chapel Annex is a charming chapel conversion located in the heart of Bagillt, North Wales. This semi-detached wing of the chapel offers accommodation for two people and features a high ceiling bedroom, stripped back floorboards, and unique markings on the walls from the original construction. The interior is full of character, with a kitchen for preparing meals, a lounge for relaxation, and a sauna room for unwinding after a day of exploring. French doors lead to an enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun.
A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine landing with a king-size double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom offers views of green fields, while the remote-controlled Velux blind lets in natural light each morning. Outside, you can relax in the orchard and take in views of the Dee Estuary. Nearby attractions include the local family-run pub, The Ship Inn, and the town of Holywell. Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester are all within easy reach, offering a variety of activities and sights to explore. The coastal resort of Colwyn Bay and Snowdonia National Park are also worth a visit, making this chapel annex a perfect base for exploring the beautiful region of Wales.
