The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms contain a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

## Neighborhood
Leith is a buzzing port district, home to hip creatives and longtime locals. Waterfront seafood restaurants and traditional pubs dot the Shore area. The Royal Yacht Britannia, a former ocean-going royal residence, showcases elaborate state apartments and an onboard Rolls-Royce. The riverside Water of Leith Walkway and Leith Walk, a busy street with food and thrift shops, link the area with the city centre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Bernard Street, is just a 4-minute walk.
Edinburgh Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

NOTE: You need to use stairs to access the flat; there is no elevator and the property is on the third floor.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in Edinburgh, this apartment is in the city center. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Botanic Garden and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking and cycling.
