There are a kitchen, dining room, two sitting rooms and a games room in the property, offering more than enough space for everyone. Outside is a hot tub and a BBQ hut, ensuring relaxation and entertainment for all throughout the year. There is ample off road parking and a lawned garden area with patio. The house is on a friendly family-run campsite in beautiful surroundings, and guests can pop into the campsite shop with butchers, and the site's tea room. Explore the ruins of Valle Crucis Abbey just next door to The Farm House, head into Llangollen or explore further afield into Snowdonia or over into England.

Offa's Dyke Path passes nearby and boasts pleasant walking along the crest of the Clwyd hills, plus the famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is 5 miles away, and Snowdonia is less than an hour's drive.
