This cosy studio cottage is located on farmland close to Cornwall s stunning coastline. There is plenty to see in the area, with Newquay just four miles away, with its popular beaches, suitable for both swimmers and surfers alike. There is an aquarium here, a zoo, as well as surf academies, bars, and restaurants. Just a little further around the coast is the stunning Watergate Bay, with a wide expanse of sandy beach, where guests will find Emily Scott Food. This studio style cottage has been delightfully and sympathetically converted to make comfortable holiday accommodation for two. All of the living accommodation is located in one open plan space, which has everything that guests will need to enjoy their stay, as well as some interesting period features, including the exposed stone walls. However, there is no need to go without your modern creature comforts, as there is a Smart TV, Netflix included, and Bose music system. There is also a wood burner which keeps the studio lovely and cosy whatever the weather and also adds to the romantic atmosphere. The kitchen area is well equipped with an oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Tucked away behind the lounge area is the bedroom area with its king size bed. A door next to the bedroom area leads to the en suite shower room and WC. Outside, there is a small, enclosed shingled garden with seating, use of your own private summerhouse with sofa and pretty lighting and your own private hot tub to relax in at the end of a day exploring the local area. Just outside of this area, is a woodland/ orchard area for guests to enjoy. There an additional seating next to two pleasant ponds. There is also a games room with table football, pool table, dart board, Bluetooth speaker and a snug area. There is ample parking available.
