There are also some fabulous expansive beaches on offer at Bude, Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven. The unspoilt south coast of Cornwall is also accessible from here and boasts an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages to enjoy, such as Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro. Other attractions and places of interest include Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood, the Camel Trail, and Launceston Steam Railway. Stepping into the converted barn you are immediately greeted by a light and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A cosy sofa and armchair sit in front of a TV/DVD and the kitchen is well equipped with new granite worktops and offers an electric oven and Induction hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The living area leads to the super king size bedroom which is another light and bright space, with en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. There is slate flooring throughout the accommodation and this is kept warm and comfortable by the underfloor heating. Heading outside there is a small private gravelled patio area with seating and BBQ. Nestling within the grounds of the owners home your privacy is assured and further to this you are welcome to roam the garden and eight acres of grounds which are a haven for wild flora and fauna, with an uncovered pond, summerhouse, kitchen garden and ornamental flower beds. Designated private off road parking for one car is provided next to the property.
