Guests are well placed to walk to many local attractions such as Cotehele House and Gardens, or through Cotehele Woods to Calstock. Nearby is the village of St Mellion, famous for its Jack Nicklaus golf course and luxurious spa facilities. Plymouth is within easy reach, with its historic Barbican, National Marine Aquarium and thriving shopping centre. You are a short drive from the beautiful historic town of Tavistock and the popular seaside villages of Looe and Polperro, each with a range of restaurants, pubs and shops. Other local attractions include several impressive National Trust properties, the Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, the Tamar Valley Donkey Park and much more. On entering this lovely property you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The comfortable lounge is an ideal spot for relaxing in, complete with TV/DVD and music system. There is also a dining table to seat 4 within the kitchen area. The attractive kitchen contains everything you may need during your stay including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment. Exploring the cottage further, you will find a beautiful and bright conservatory with plenty of seating and charming views out over the garden. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, with large double whirlpool bath and separate shower with WC. Heading upstairs, you will find a spacious and comfy super king size bedroom with wash basin and a seating area with beautiful views over the garden. There is ample room for two extra Z beds or up to two cots (which are available on request). Stepping outside you can unwind in the pretty garden, which includes a delightful fountain, along with a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. There is ample parking available.
