Polperro can be reached either by car or by walking through the owner s peaceful farmland and down a country lane. Here guests will find restaurants serving local seafood, shops and pubs, as well as attractions including the Smuggling Museum and Model Village. Further amenities can be found at Pelynt, which is three miles away. Other nearby coastal towns include Looe, where there is a large beach, while Plymouth, with its huge choice of shops as well as its famous Hoe, is easily reached via the Torpoint ferry. This reverse level accommodation features one bedroom on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom with TV. The bathroom contains a spa bath, shower attachment and WC. On the first floor you will find the open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The cosy lounge features an electric fire and a TV/DVD, while the kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside of the property guests can relax in a small but sunny seating area located to the rear of the barns. If you wish to dine al fresco, there is a lawn area shared with the other properties complete with picnic tables. Guests can also use the shared outdoor facilities which features tennis and badminton.
