This inviting semi detached barn is one of three properties located on this quaint 14 acre smallholding one mile away from Gwenver in Penwith. Surrounded by rolling Cornish countryside with amazing sea views, everyone will feel at home on this lovely farm. With a footpath to the nearest beach and access to the South West Coast Path you are nicely set up to explore the most westerly region of mainland Britain. Take a trip to Botallack and St Just to discover the history of tin mining locally, there are industrial remnants scattered throughout the area. Also, stop at the alternative to Land s End called Cape Cornwall this is where the Atlantic Sea meets the English Channel. A lovely single storey barn conversion with vaulted ceilings, original beams and oak flooring. The layout is largely open plan with the lounge/kitchen/diner all occupying the lion s share of the bungalow.
