Located in an area of Natural Outstanding Beauty and close to the lovely town of Padstow is nearby, a great place for restaurants and home to the popular Christmas Festival. Other local attractions include the surfing paradise of Polzeath, many National Trust properties, Pencarrow House, golf at St Kew and St Enodoc, Go Karting, the Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches at Newquay and Watergate Bay. On entering this thoughtfully designed cottage, you will find the spacious and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The stylish and bright lounge area is ideal for relaxing with a movie, whilst the dining area is ideally placed with easy access to the garden. The attractive and functional kitchen is fully furnished with all the equipment you re likely to need including electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Elsewhere on the ground floor you will find a cosy twin bedroom as well as the bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and WC. Moving upstairs you will find a comfy double bedroom. Heading outside you will see a pretty garden with delightful countryside views, as well as a BBQ and garden furniture. There is also plenty of off road parking available.
