The property is located just a few minutes walk from Widemouth Bay s expansive sandy beach, which is popular with both swimmers and surfers alike. It is also just a short coastal drive to the popular seaside town of Bude which has sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and a natural sea water pool. With the close proximity to the A30, this is also a great base from which to explore the whole of North Devon and Cornwall. You can visit Tintagel, with its legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Boscastle, Hartland and the fishing village of Clovelly with its steep pedestrianised cobbled sreets. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here also include The Milky Way and The Big Sheep theme parks, Tamar Otter Park and The Eden Project. On entering the property, via four external steps, you will be mesmerised by the stunning views across to nearby Widemouth Bay, which can be enjoyed from the open plan lounge/diner and the kitchen.
