For city adventures, venture across the river to Plymouth (12 miles) home to the National Marine Aquarium, museums, galleries, and seafront Hoe Park. Venture to the scenic National Trust sites of Cotehele Mill and Buckland Abbey (both within 16 miles), or visit Looe (15.5 miles) Seaton Beach (13.5 miles), or the Rame Head Heritage Coast (20 miles). Step into this reverse level accommodation and admire the spiral staircase which leads to the open plan living space on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, including a bunk bedroom with plenty of storage space, and a master bedroom with a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking), plus a dressing area, seating space, freestanding bath, Smart TV and patio doors leading outside to the terrace. There is also a WC on this floor. Head up the spiral staircase and you will find a welcoming lounge/kitchen/dining room, as well as a shower room with WC. The large open plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge area offers comfy seating and a Smart TV, plus patio doors to the balcony the perfect spot for relaxing with a cold drink after a long day. There is a good sized dining table which is in the centre of the room where the family can sit together and talk about their day over a meal or two. Outside is a terrace area with garden furniture, plus a balcony off the lounge. There are also 450 acres of natural grounds to roam. Guests have use of the on site Health Club, and there is private off road parking for two cars.
