This individual and memorable property is located on a cul de sac, just a stone s throw from the hustle and bustle of St Ives, giving it an enviably quiet location, on the doorstep to all that St Ives has to offer. There are sandy beaches within an easy walk, as well as plenty of eateries, boutiques, and bars. St Ives has something for everyone, including the world renowned Tate Gallery and the home of sculptor Barbara Hepworth, complete with its own sculpture garden where art lovers can enjoy the artist s work in their own surroundings. Further afield, take a trip to the stunning Minack Theatre, an open air, seaside amphitheatre that hosts a full programme of plays during the spring and summer seasons. Step inside this reverse level property and you will find the two double bedrooms. The first has an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Four steps lead up to the second bedroom which has a shower room with WC. Head through to the garage where you can hang your wetsuits and store your paddleboards and bodyboards. The kitchen area is well equipped if you fancy cooking, with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, and fridge. There s seating for four at the dining table so relax and admire the views, you may even see a dolphin or two! From the kitchen area, head outside onto the private terrace with gas BBQ and outdoor seating which is perfect for al fresco dining. Or just sit back and relax in one of the deckchairs. There is also off road parking for one car in the integral garage.
