This is a recent conversion of a farm building, now carefully designed for a fabulous and relaxing break away from it all.

The living space is open plan, with sitting, kitchen and dining areas together. It’s spacious, light and airy. The sofa is a double sofabed. French doors lead out to a private patio area with BBQ facilities and fenced grassy garden and views out across the beautiful valley and swimming pool. The cottage is set back from the other cottages, just up the drive from the courtyard for extra privacy.
The kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances including a dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is a wood burning stove in the living room for those cosy nights in, and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. There is gas central and under floor heating throughout. The relaxing double bedroom with it’s own TV and black out lined curtains, has space for a travel cot. The modern bathroom, accessed through the hall or bedroom, has an L-shaped bath with drench-head shower over. The pool shared between the 4 cottages and is open May -Sept. Superfast Wi-Fi.

Located in Launceston, this cottage is in a rural area and near theme parks. Trethorne Leisure Park and Launceston Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Tamar Valley. Traveling with kids? Consider The Hidden Valley Discovery Park and Launceston Steam Railway. Snorkeling and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cave exploring nearby.
