This beautiful stone cottage is situated in the west of Cornwall. Fine beaches adorn the splendid coastline, the most local being Gwithian to the north and Praa Sands to the south. Also close by are the ever popular tourist destinations St Ives and Marazion, behind which towers the magnificent St Michaels Mount. There are many restaurants and traditional inns in the local area, many with stunning views out to sea. Enjoy many attractions such as Tate St Ives, Lands End, the Minack Theatre, Poldark and Geevor Tin Mines, Trebah Gardens, Flambards, Karting and the Paradise Theme Park. This attractive property is in lovely rural surroundings. On entering the property you will find yourself in the inviting and cosy lounge/kitchen/diner. You can relax in the comfy lounge area and enjoy the TV, DVD and Bluetooth speaker system. The adjoining dining area is great whether you re tucking into a big meal or just grabbing a quick breakfast. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you will need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor also has a separate WC. Heading upstairs you will find three bright and spacious bedrooms: one king size with en suite shower and WC, one twin and one single. The bathroom is complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading outside the cottage you will find the large garden area, where the main feature is the hot tub, which has proved a big success with previous holidaymakers. There is also a BBQ and plenty of seating, and the countryside views are delightful. Off road parking is available.
