These semi-detached barn conversions are the perfect choice for couples, families and friends to escape and unwind at any time of the year. They have been lovingly converted from the original barns and sit within a delightful courtyard, adjacent to the owners’ farmhouse. Each cottage enjoys its own private enclosed garden with a barbecue and glorious country views. Carthouse Barn (31214) is all on one level and is a perfect retreat for couples, while Wagtail Barn (31216) and Swallow Barn (31215) are ideal for family and friends.
The nearby historic village of Marhamchurch has a small village shop, along with a popular, family-friendly village inn. Widemouth Bay, famous for its excellent surfing, is just 3 miles away. Bude, 4 miles, has lovely sandy beaches and a good selection of shops and restaurants, many specialising in locally caught sea food, along with a golf course, tennis, riding, surf schools and bowling. The picturesque fishing villages of Tintagel, Rock and Padstow are close by, and the wild beauty of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moors, are all within easy driving distance, as is the famous Eden Project.
