The South West Coast Path with its spectacular views and wildlife takes you further into Cornwall or across the border into Devon. You are well positioned to visit the Eden Project, rugged Bodmin Moor, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock, and Padstow. In the evening stroll into Bude town for something to eat and drink or have a meal in the restaurant at the apartments. As you enter this recently refurbished third floor apartment via the internal lobby, you are welcomed into the lounge/diner with Smart TV, comfy seating and views over the 18 hole links golf course. Leading on from here is the kitchen which is well equipped with an oven and two zone induction hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Off the hallway are the three bedrooms, two king size and a bunk room. Each bedroom has a TV and en suite shower room with shower and WC. On the ground floor there is a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and wet suit drying area together with a shower room to wash off the salt and sand after a day on the beach (no need to change out of your wet suits at the beach). Dogs are also catered for with a fabulous dog bath and grooming area. The shared outside terrace to the front of the property is the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. There is off road parking to the front of the property which is limited and on a first come first serve basis, street parking (subject to availability) or pay and display in the beach car park very close by.
