Explore the north and south coast beaches, the Eden Project, Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moor. Why not take a trip to the North Devon coastline to Clovelly, Bideford and Hartland? The coastline is wild and largely forested, recently seen in BBC s The Night Manager too. Nearby, the former Kernowian capital Launceston has a good selection of eateries and pubs, there s a good selection of antique shops and independents across the hilly centre too. On entering this impressive detached barn conversion, you will find yourself in the cosy and inviting lounge, where you can relax with the Smart TV, or snuggle in front of the traditional wood burner. Moving into the lovely open plan elegant kitchen/diner, you will find everything you might need during your stay including electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The attractive dining area is ideally situated and perfect whether you re enjoying a big meal or grabbing a snack. You will find also find a comfortable king size bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs you will find two more comfy bedrooms: one king size with en suite shower room with WC, and a huge master bedroom with super king zip and link, which can be made into a twin on request, with TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside you can unfurl on the private patio and lawn area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. There s also a large garden area shared with the other properties, and a play area for kids where they can have fun on the trampoline. A shared utility room is on site which has washing machines, tumble driers and fridge/freezer. There is plenty of parking available.
