This property is one of eight in a complex of traditional stone barns, sharing many on site amenities. Overlooking the Cornish countryside, this property enjoys a peaceful location yet the Cornish coastline and the sandy beach of Widemouth Bay is just two miles away. An eight minute drive will also bring you to Bude, a popular coastal town. Here there are a number of pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from as well as many leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sea fishing, clifftop walks and a golf course. As you enter the property, there is a cloakroom with a WC just off the entrance hall. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and open plan lounge and kitchen/diner. the lounge includes comfortable seating and a TV/DVD. It leads out into the adjoining kitchen/diner which includes a family sized dining area, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor are two more bedrooms and the bathroom: a master with king size bed with en suite shower and WC, and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms feature original vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The bathroom includes a bath with shower head attachment and WC. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as electric, central heating and Wi Fi. There is also a shared indoor tennis court. French doors in the lounge lead out into the enclosed garden, which features an outdoor seating area and views distantly looking out onto the nearby village of Marhamchurch. The adjacent woodland and the coarse fishing lake can be accessed directly from the garden. There are also a number of other outdoor leisure facilities to enjoy here, including river trout fishing, a kite flying field and a woodland walk. Private parking is provided.
