A private lane leads to the ten acre farm, with horses, where this property is situated close to the owner's farmhouse. The peaceful atmosphere here makes it a wonderful location for those who want to escape daily life and yet still be able to visit many of Cornwall s most popular destinations. The harbour town of Fowey is situated eleven miles from the property, where visitors can enjoy visiting the independent shops, try out one of the many eateries, take a walk along the esplanades and watch the fishing boats return with the day s catch. The Eden Project is also within easy reach and is a must see for visitors to the area. On entering this property, guests will immediately get a sense of the history to this converted barn, with its exposed beams, slate floor, and stone fireplace in the lounge. The fireplace is now home to a cosy wood burner (for which a starter pack is provided) which guests can enjoy from the comfortable leather sofas. There is also a TV/DVD. The separate dining room is just off the lounge, through a set of double doors, whilst less formal meals can be taken at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is well sized and equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and Nescafe coffee machine and CD player/radio. For added convenience, there is a handy boot room located next to the kitchen, with a Belfast sink and WC. There is also a ground floor shower room. Upstairs, there are three restful bedrooms: one double and two twins, one with 2'6" single beds. The main bathroom is also upstairs, with its shower over bath and WC. Outside, guests will find the private hot tub, whilst the property also benefits from an enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ. There is ample parking.
