Popular highlights include The Eden Project, St Mellion Golf Course and the National Marine Aquarium. Also within easy reach is the walker s paradise of Dartmoor and the north Cornish coast, famed for its rugged coastline, surfing beaches and traditional fishing ports. Inside, the accommodation is arranged on two levels, with the reception rooms located upstairs to make the most of the spectacular rural views. Upstairs, the lounge/kitchen/diner boasts exposed beams, wooden flooring and French windows opening out to a balcony. In the kitchen area, you will find a microwave, range cooker and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Dine at the farmhouse table before relaxing in the lounge area in front of the TV/DVD on one of the comfortable weathered leather sofas. There is also a WC upstairs. There are three bedrooms in this property, all of which are located on the ground floor and feature exposed ceiling beams, panelled walls and antique furniture. There is one super king with an en suite shower room and two twins, which are served by a luxurious family bathroom with roll top bath and shower on the ground floor. Outside, the property benefits from a private garden with furniture and a BBQ, perfect for summer afternoons.
